1. Introduction

The following policies are designed to protect the business from late cancellations, ensure client safety, and provide legal protection regarding service results and digital content.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for Bridal services. This confirms the appointment and is deducted from the final service total.
Cancellations: We require at least 72 hours' notice for most cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Bridal services require minimum of 6 month cancellation. Bridal services are non refundable and non transferable
No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a fee of 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: To remain on schedule for all clients, arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or a cancelled appointment with the full fee applied.

3. Health, Safety & Consultations

Medical Disclosure: Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, Accutane use) prior to treatment.
Right to Refuse: For hygiene reasons, we cannot perform services on clients with active infections or contagious skin conditions (e.g., cold sores).

4. Service Results & Refunds

Variation of Results: Beauty results depend on individual skin type, hair texture, and lifestyle. Photos on our website are examples and do not guarantee identical results.
Aftercare: Adaa Artistry is not responsible for adverse reactions or poor retention if the provided aftercare instructions are not followed.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If a client is unsatisfied, they must contact us within 3 days for a consultation or "fix" session.

5. Digital & Privacy Terms

Data Privacy: Personal data is collected only for booking and communication. We do not store credit card information.
Media Consent: By booking, clients consent to being photographed/filmed for promotional use on website & social media unless they opt-out before the service begins.
