At Adaa Artistry, we value your time and ours. Our Cancellation & No-Show Policy helps us maintain a fair booking system and allows us to serve all our clients effectively. Please read this policy carefully before booking your appointment.

Booking Confirmation & Deposits

All appointments are subject to availability.
A non-refundable 20% deposit be required to secure your booking, especially for:
Bridal makeup services
Group bookings
The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking and will be applied toward your final service cost.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 72 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
72+ hours notice: You may reschedule without penalty. Bridal bookings are non refundable and non transferable once booked
Less than 72 hours notice: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply. For bridal and group bookings, the full deposit be forfeited.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. No refund will be issued for deposits or prepaid amounts.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If you reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, the same cancellation fees may apply.
We recommend rescheduling as early as possible, especially for peak seasons (wedding season, prom, holidays).

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” occurs when a client does not arrive for their confirmed appointment and has not contacted us to cancel.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the full service price.
Future bookings may require full prepayment before booking.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future services.

Group Bookings & Bridal Parties

For groups of 3 or more people (especially bridal parties), stricter rules apply.
The entire group booking may be subject to a higher deposit.
If any member of the group cancels with less than 72 hours notice or no-shows, a fee of 50–100% of that person’s service cost may be charged to the main booker.

Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. In genuine cases of illness, family emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please provide as much notice as possible and any supporting details if requested.
Important Notes
All deposits and payments are non-transferable to other clients.
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
